I rarely, if ever, write testimonials but I am so impressed with my new Ashboro TV Lift Cabinet and the outstanding customer service (Vince) I received from Pool Tables U.S.A...
I first saw a TV lift cabinet at a hotel I was staying in a few years ago and thought how I would love to have one. This past Christmas I finally joined the masses and bought a 52" flat screen T.V. I started shopping for a TV cabinet and was very pleased to find the Ashboro TV Lift. When I called the number listed I was connected with Vince.
Vince couldn't have been any more helpful in helping us ensure we were choosing the right stand for our new T.V., assisting with shipping, installation, etc. The whole transaction, from the first call to the product arriving at our home and being installed was flawless.
It is refreshing to know that there are still companies out there that provide flawless service. Thus, I have taken a moment out of my busy day to personally thank Vince and Pool Tables U.S.A. for a job well done.

Hello John,
Ruth and I are very satisfied with our acquisition of the Atwood "pop up" TV cabinet. It has facilitated our use of a TV in our living room. Until now we have never had a visible TV in that room.
The cabinet is magnificent. It is refreshing to see the quality you provided. Solid wood is something not advertised since it will always be more expensive than veneers. The workmanship is impressive. Several neighbors and a number of tradesmen, who are working to complete the rebuilding of our condo, are all in agreement that the quality nullifies any "sticker shock". The product if worth the price.
This purchase has brought back great memories. Our first TV was a B/W Capehart from my wife's parents over 55 years ago. It was in a solid cherry cabinet! That cabinet still exists today having gone from B/W to color to a credenza, a bar and a curio cabinet. Quality has a long life and we expect our family will enjoy this furniture for decades.
On a personal note, thank you for the attention to our questions and the professionalisms of your colleagues. The cabinet was delivered on time and the crew attached the new TV to the elevating mechanism without problems. It is impressive, practical and a good investment.

I'm am so satisfied with the poker table I purchased from Pool Tables USA. We had our first poker night and it looks like I'm going to be the designated poker house from now on. The only thing that was lacking were the chairs. I should have purchased them at the time I ordered the table. Oh well hind sight ..... right?
So I called and talked to Pat Walters. He was very helpful with all of my crazy questions and requests. I live in the mountains of North Carolina and it's difficult to get deliveries, but Pat was very helpful in getting the table delivered to my home. Thanks Pat!

I purchased the table thru a 3rd party but Dave handled this with no deflections. The installers, Karl and Nicholas, delivered it on time. They were very professional and took care not to damage anything as they carried the components into my basement. From there, they demonstrated their talents as they skillfully assembled and leveled the table. The finished product was 100% defect free and plays perfectly. I am very satisfied with this purchase and the installation that was included.

On October 3, 2007, we ordered the Brighton TV Lift Cabinet. The manufacturer phoned
the next day. Vince went over the recommended TV dimensions and brands that
would work best with the cabinet. I was impressed with this personal contact, and contin-
ued to be impressed with Vince's personal service as our delivery date was pushed
further and further ahead because of damage to not just one, but two of the cabinets
that were shipped for delivery.
Finally, on Dec 7, 2007, Sunshine delivery service delivered our beautiful cabinet and
installed the TV. The lift mechanism works perfectly, and quietly.
Thank you Vince, for keeping us informed of where our cabinet was, and for staying
in touch with the delivery company and then letting us know about the "progress"
that was, or wasn't being made.
We will definately recommend TV Lifts USA to friends even though we had to wait a little
longer than expected for our cabinet. It was worth the wait.

We received our pool table last week and absolutely love it. We weren't expecting it to arrive so fast; what a pleasant surprise. Often, when purchasing from a catalog or from online, I've been disappointed by the discrepency between my expectation of the product and the reality of the product once I get it. Not this time; just the opposite. Your pool table and accesories exceeded my expectations (especially considering the more than fair price tag). I want to thank many people for the excellent new pool table I received yesterday, the outstanding customer service I received along the way, and the perfect installation of the pool table.
Thomas set everything in motion when I purchased my pool table after talking directly to him. He made excellent recommendations and we made the purchase. Next was Pat Walters the Representative from Orange County who coordinated the shipment an installation of the pool table. I had some time constraints for delivery and Pat made it happed sooner than expected.
Myke Lima coordinated the local delivery for us in northern California. Mykes's two installers were great to say the least. They we very polite, courteous, and efficient. They did a "perfect" installation.
Now for the pool table. I purchased the 8' Caesar Burnt Oak Pool Table with wine felt. It is better than I ever expected. My final inspection was this morning and it was flawless!!! It is now the show piece in our formal living room!
I am highly recommending Pool Tables USA to anyone looking for a high-quality pool table at a good price with great customer service.

I just wanted to say thank you for a very pleasant experience in dealing with a very large purchase. We especially appreciate the special attention to detail that Dave (from Pool Tables USA) paid to us. He was extremely organized, knowlegable and provided excellent communication. We are frequent travelers and required updates in terms of scheduling, etc.
When the product arrived, the delivery people were very prompt, careful and courteous. In addition, scheduling of the install was also extremely efficient and professional.
In the beginning, we were very nervous about ordering such a large item through the internet. However, the personalized service was just as good, if not better than if we were to have made our purchase at a specialized store within our city. The pool table, and table and chairs set was excellent quality and comparatively inexpensive.
Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a dining/poker table and chairs from these guys. I was hoping to have it delivered by a certain date which was well before the standard shipping times and they came through with flying colors. There was a minor problem with one of the wheel casters not fitting correctly in the bottom "spoke" of the chair.
I had a new spoke and extra casters delivered to my door 48 hours from when I informed them.
The table and chairs are gorgeous and very high quality. I highly recommend these guys and they will definitely have my business in the future.

I don't even know where to begin... We purchased the "Alexis Pub and Pool
Table set" for our fathers 80th birthday. It looked lovely
in the pictures but we had never made such a major purchase online before. I
did a bit of research and called the toll free # to ask a few questions first.
One question asked was whether or not Pool tables USA thought they could make
the delivery of the set from California to Barrie, Ontario in just 4 weeks so it
could be here in time for the 80th birthday party.
I spoke to a gentleman
named Dave and he was in every way professional. Over the course of the
following few weeks Dave called me regularly to keep me posted on progress. I
know that what we asked of Dave and Pool Tables USA was out of the ordinary and
I have to tell you that we appreciate all of the hard work and extra effort that
they put into making our Dad's day a special one.

Pool Tables USA is a great outfit to work with. David and his colleagues at

The table is beautiful, we wanted something simple and I feel we were given
honest advise over the phone on which table to choose. The quality of the wood
is amazing, and all of the accessories and pub table and chairs matched
perfectly. Delivery was prompt and within the time we were told, It took
about a week to schedule the setup, I should have been braver and trusted that
the table would arrive as stated and scheduled the set up before I received the
table, so that was my problem. They did a great job setting up the pool
table. Pool Tables USA made making a large purchase sight unseen very simple.

I purchased the Alexis table from the picture on the website. I talked to a few
different people at the company before making my decision and they all
answered every question very efficiently. Even down to sending me samples of
the cloth which turned out very important as it looked different in different
pictures. Upon installing we found a few scratches on the siderail. A phone
call is all it took. David handled it very quickly and without question.
Within a few days the new siderail was delivered and with a phone call later
to the installer it was in. I was reluctant to buy a table over the internet
without seeing it in person, but I would recommend Pool Tables USA to anyone
looking. The quality as well as the price are right on. And the fact that the
service is handled so easily makes for a happy customer.

Pool Tables USA provided not only a quality product, they also have extremely
commited customer services managers! Throughout the entire process I was kept
informed regarding all of the particulars and was even assisted directly from
the owner regarding changes I had requested that were above and beyond the
standard the normal expectations.
There was one hicup in the process, upon
reciept of the shipment I realized that the table legs had not arrived with the
rest of the table.
This was on a Friday evening. I contacted customer service(
David & Patrick) and told them of the situation. De to my schedule
and avialabilty for recieving and set up of the table that I desired them to overnight
the legs for a Saturday delivery
and have it assembled that day. They did just that !
I own and operate my own business, Mistakes will happen, Its how you react in your
handling of them that sets true professionals apart from the the amatures.
This company and its employees are true professionals in every catagory.

This company is the greatest !!!! Everyone from the first phone call was fabulous !!!
I have one son and 2 adopted CW2 Medivac Helicopter pilots that are going back to IRAQ for their second tour. Each of these boys has saved countless lives and it was my intention to organize my new home here in Savannah so it was like a USO-haunt. Safe, friendly, cheap and cheerful - and a place they could hang out with the feeling of a "bar" - but complete with "MOM"- apple pie, sandwiches and beer.
Because of the early deployment of my children to IRAQ -I asked Dave and Thomas (USA pool table staff)- if they could get the "Alexis Table" I fell in love with here to Savannah-ASAP !!!!! "Our government at work for us" - and I say that sarcastically - is deploying our sons and daughters eariler than all of us had planned - and sooner than they should be sent back.
Well, the pool table was here quicker than we had asked - and all done with a smile !! The company that they use to put the table together for us in this area was a "piece of pool table history" !!!!
Clever, witty and precise - William along with his crew put together truly a thing of beauty ! William has been in the business for countless years - so for those of you here in Savannah - we lucked out to have him be our guy !!
I can't say enough about how much I appreciate this company. They gave us a fair deal and a beautiful product was delivered - no hastle - right down to the end result.

This was not an easy transaction. We ordered our Table and Furniture back in October with the idea that construction on our room would be completed within 4 weeks. Patrick scheduled our delivery and setup and unfortunately we were not ready. Patrick was very helpful and understanding and helped us with resheduling (which we ended up having to do 4 TIMES !!) When everything arrived it was even better then we had hoped. The table was great, but the Bar was really the big surprise. I was expecting something very plain (since it was free with the purchase of the rest of the furniture), but it was really a nice surprise...84 inches with a brass rail and other great features. Great products and great service (and the install was seamless too).

I recently purchased your Texas Hold'em Tournament Poker/Dining Table & Chairs. I'd like to say that I'm extremely impressed with the quality of construction and it's classic design. The chairs are very comfortable and take the stress off your body while sitting for hours playing poker.
I did have an issue with a material defect on one of the chairs, however after calling Patrick Walters in your customer service department, the issue was resolved within ten business days. He did an awesome job in handling this warranty issue and made me feel that much more comfortable with making this major purchase on-line.

I purchased a pool table from Pool Tables USA approximately 18 months ago. The table is great and was an excellent value compared to the in store models I also shopped for.
Last month, my table felt was torn after a kids party got out of hand - I would advice covering your table if you can't supervise your Rec Room! Patrick of Customer Service was very helpful in setting me up with my initial installer who replaced the felt at a very reasonable price. He also rebalanced the table after it settled slightly into my carpet. Both were very professional and helpful.

In all purchases and transactions I look for maximum value. Pool Tables USA delivered, period. Adding to the value, the customer service was outstanding- I was one barstool short on my order and Pool Tables USA direct rush shipped a stool and it got to my home the same day the installer came. All items looked as good as they looked on the website. Great company to do business with.

Towards the end of 2006, I purchased a new home and always wanted a pool table to go along with it. With a tight budget and family visiting in the near future, I went all over the city of Houston looking for something that just might meet my needs but no luck. Almost everything I found was out of my price range until I ran across this website. A sales person by the name of John answered my call and made my purchase possible. Not only was I able to get everything I wanted, but more for half the price of local retailers. But as we all know, price alone did not make this purchase happen. John was one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever spoken too regarding their products and services and not once did I feel uncomfortable speaking to him. In addition to that, Ricardo (apologies on the spelling if I have missed it up) and I had a couple of conversation after the point of sell and I was treated like a valued customer even though the sale had already taken place and the merchandize was delivered. Shortly after the assembly of the product, I received a call from David their customer service agent and made sure all my needs were met and when beyond the call of duty when he offered to ship me a repair kit for the poker table at no cost.....something I had damaged myself while moving.
This company has it all. An amazing sales person in John, great manager in Ricardo for making sure all my needs were met, and awesome customer service in David after the sell to make sure I was just as happy as the first day I received the complete set of pool table, bar, poker table, etc. Needless to say, the pricing was the best in the industry, the delivery was not only on time, but early just the way I wanted it and the installation went very smooth just as planned.
Not only will I do business with this company again in the near future should I find the need too, but I will also refer them as many people I run across in the near future.

I have never purchased a large item online, and was very nervous about it. We went ahead and purchase an ultimate pool table set. When the product was delivered to us we got the wrong poker table and chairs. When we called to say we got the wrong item, we were told that the table and chairs we got were a higher quality and that we could keep them if we wanted. We found that there was also an incredible discount being offered for the product at that time too. We were offered anything we wanted... Keep the better poker table with the discount.. get the table we ordered with the discount...and they would pick up the wrong table.. We were so totally satisfied, we would order again. Thank you... Ordering from Pooltables USA was easy & delivery came ahead of schedule. I shopped locally for pool tables and discovered that the pooltable and furniture I purchased from these guys was of equal or greater quality for a much better price. They were easy to deal with. I was a little leary of the quality of the table when ordering, however when I rolled the first ball down the table and it hit the bumper I knew the product was great.

To say I was a little nervous ordering an item of this size and cost over the internet is an understatement. I must say that I am more the satisfied with the pool table (Sierra Brandy) and the service I recieved from everyone at Poll Tables USA particularly Ellen. I had done my home work and looked at the other so called "top of the line" national brands before I purchased from PTUSA. I found the construction of the other national brands to be inferior to the PTUSA product so I nervously order the table. I am an Engineer and a Craftsman and I am overjoyed with the fine construction, craftmanship and perfect finish. For starters,the service rep JASON was extremly helpful and an expert on the pool table construction.The pool table arrived less then four weeks after the purchase and was installed the very next week.I asked the installers if they felt I got a good deal. Their comment, after I told them the price was HELL OF A DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They said they havent seen construction that good in quite a while. They made the comment also that when the slate is set down on the table there is some give. NOT THIS ONE! I would suggest that if you want a great pool table and a better price then anywhere(and I looked for over 2 months)by from this site and use Jason.

I am thrilled with the billiard table I purchased through Pool Tables USA. In these days of poor customer service and disappointment with quality and promises, one might assume that such would be the case in buying something of this dimension online. My wife and I are thrilled with our new pool table and matching furniture! It looks fantastic in our home Irish Pub and the neighbors love it!!!
It was a dream of mine to put in a Irish Pub, but I knew the quality of the pool table and furniture were the key. I started looking around at cost of tables and I found that it was going to be more expensive than I had thought. I found POOLTABLE USA one day surfing the web and I was impressed with what I saw. I talked with Pat Walters and he was able to answer all my questions. We had never purchased such a large and expensive item over the internet and sight unseen, but I had confidence in the sales info I had read or heard.
We received the Pool table, poker table, 6 chairs, pub table, two chairs and the cue rack just as ordered. I had one caster which was broken on a chair which was mailed out to me the same day I called. The whole process from order to delivery and final set-up was 4 weeks.

When I called to report it, I was treated with respect and fast service. All I was asked to do was provide a few digital pictures and then a new table was ordered and delivered--this time in perfect condition. I decided to get a pool table two weeks before the biggest party I throw every year. The typical lead time posted on the website is four weeks. I spoke with Aaron, and let him know that the two week timeframe was a make or break issue for me. I firstly want to say how great the staff is @ Pool Tables USA, Particularly Patrick and Ellen. I have an exquisite 8 player poker table with the beautiful reversible dining top. It had a tiny tiny mark in one of the poker chip holders. I called and spoke w/ Pat and he had an entire new table top delivered to my home with out a charge. What a wonderful experience with pooltables usa. I had done so much research on pool tables, but kept stopping short because the cost for the quality table I wanted seemed so high. When I came across the prices at pooltables usa I was very skeptical about the quality. I also was planning a party and had a deadline for delivery if I was really going to buy it. After talking to Jason, he told me I could get the 9' table, all the quality I required (slate foundation, etc), and it would be delivered in a very timely manner for our party. I also added a floor stand, pub table and two chairs, all for almost half of the price at any area pooltable store.
It all arrived in time for the party and it is beautiful. The table, chairs, and stand perfectly matched and complemented the most beautiful, well built table I had seen in any of the stores. The installer showed me, as he put it together in my basement, all of the ways that this table was better quality than many less expensive versions. It is very important to have a slate foundation. Some less expensive tables have no slate bed or if it has a slate bed it has some wood on top of the frame and will eventually not be level. This table is built to last.
I had to call after the party to do a felt change. Patrick Walters was extremely helpful and accomodating. The quality of customer service is rarely found these days. I hope to order additional pieces over time for our new "billiard room" . In the meantime I keep telling as many friends as I can that if they want a pool table - they won't find a better place to buy than pooltables usa.

We are so grateful for Pool Tables USA and it's incredible customer service. We ordered several items from Pool Tables USA, including a Billiards Lamp that arrived missing the canopy connection piece. I called your customer service line and Patrick Walters assisted me. I explained the situation to Pat and he immediately contacted the supplier to see about getting a replacement piece sent out. Patrick followed up with me within an hour and stated that the supplier was willing to mail out the part via USPS and that I should have it within a week. I told Patrick that I didn't have the luxury of a week to wait as we had Electricians working at our new home installing various fixtures and that there would be a substantial charge for me to bring the Electricians back just to install the Billiards light once the part arrived. Patrick listened to my concerns, and immediately offered to re-contact the supplier to see about getting the part sooner. Within 30 minutes, Patrick called me back and told me that they were going to overnight the part to me at their expense in order to get it to the Electricians while they were still contracted to be at our home. The part arrived the very next morning, on our doorstep, at 10:30am via UPS air. I delivered it to the Electricians in time, and the fixture was installed without a glitch. All of this made possible because Patrick was willing and able to go the extra mile to provide the best customer service possible. We are most satisfied and grateful for his help! When I started looking for a pool table for my billard room I had some freinds suggest lokking on the internet. I must admit I was very skeptical about this without actually being able to touch and feel the product. I spoke with Thomas initially and he indicated that PoolTables USA was a vendor with Costco and that gave me peace of mind based on the criteria they place on their vendors. I called Costco Corporate and they mentioned that they hadn't had any complaints with Pooltables USA and that the tables were selling fairly well and that's when I strongly considered Pooltables USA as one of my choices.
When I looked at what was being offered dollar for dollar there was no comparison with Pooltables USA. I had a couple problems with a few items when I received them and I called and spoke with Patrick Walters and he was very responsive and went above and beyond the call of duty to get my new items sent to me and to make sure that I was satisfied with them. I must say that Pooltables USA has a great customer service rep in Patrick which is very hard to find in todays world.
When I received the pooltable it looked nicer in person than it did on the internet and the installers were great as well. I will recommend this company to my freinds who are in the process of purchasing a pooltable as well.

I have never written a review before, but find them very helpful when researching products. I was a little skeptical about ordering our pool table from an internet company, but I could not be more pleased with the service and product we have received. The customer service rep answered my questions and were always readily available. We had a small problem with North American and our delivery, but once I spoke with a manager, Bill Day, my pool table was at my house the following day. My installer, Buddy was out of San Antonio which is about two hours from Victoria. I was very pleased with Buddy, we paid him a little extra to also put together our pub table and chairs and he even helped arrange the room. The furniture is a nice quality and looks great in our formal living room. I placed my order on July 3rd and was playing pool on July 23rd. All in all a great experience.

When I came accross the pool table package through the Internet I was skeptical because it was the first time I ordered something without touching it and experiencing it before I bought it. But I called Pool Tables USA and spoke to Patrick. He answered every crazy question I had about the quality and workmanship. A few weeks ago at the age of 77 I had my first pedicure and sat in an aerobic chair, also for the first time. Two days later I hit the Internet and spent most of the day researching, talking to companies, and comparing prices. Wow! By the evening I had purchased one of your chairs. It is unusual for me to spend $2,000 for a chair and be so impulsive about it.
Your employee, Aaron, spoke with me three times that day and days later I spoke to others in your company. I also spoke to the people in New Jersey and Raleigh. I am from NY so I am a big tipper which I was to the two pleasant men who delivered the chair, set it up and showed me how to use it. Everyone under your umbrella was respectful, and helpful. You run a company with the values of my generation and you made it a pleasant experience to buy a chair on the Internet and now I enjoy a robotic chair.
Here are some observations about the chair. I do not have back problems. I am in fairly good shape for someone my age except for my shortness of breath. I do fifteen minutes three times a day and it helps my breathing. The young woman gym trainer says the chair puts oxygen into my system. When I am in the chair I am also massaging my calves at the same time. What the trainer and I have noticed is that my ankles have little swelling and many times no swelling at all. I stay away from drugs and take only the diuretic which the doctor may discontinue on my next visit.
So robotic chairs are beyond back problems. In these stressful times with the country falling apart everyone should have such a chair. Thank you.

It was professionaly installed by Chip and Ed.....they are the best! The only thing that scared me when I was choosing where to get a table from was the price.....it seemed too cheap to be able to be a quality product......boy was I wrong. This table is top of the line. I have been a player for over 30 years and I can tell you that it plays as good as any one I have ever played on. We were finishing our basement and I kept insisting that it be "basic" and not "dressy." My husband really wanted a pool table for the basement, so we shopped several retailers in the Denver area. I was shocked at the prices for pool tables locally (as well as poker tables/chairs), and was really trying to convince him that we really didn't need a pool table! I then went to the Internet, which led me to Pool Tables USA. The "Collections" offered looked absolutely beautiful online - I especially liked the Alexis collection. I was a bit leery of buying a pool/poker/pub table & chairs online; however, I contacted Pool Tables USA and was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the salespeople. The prices through Pool Tables USA were unmatched anywhere else I had looked. I convinced my husband, and about a month later, our "collection" arrived. The Alexis pool table/collection is so well crafted and stunning, that we ended up making the "workout" room into a poker room! I have always been skeptical on making any purchases over the Internet. But after doing all my research on every pool table company I can think of, I came across the Winston Honey Pool table and knew instantly that this is the table that I wanted. After discussing this with my wife and finally biting the bullet I decided to put my trust in "Pool Tables USA" and called up your customer service number. I spoke with Aaron Cunningham and I can honestly say that I have never seen such professionalism like the way Aaron displayed. Aaron came through as he promised and even helped in getting the table delivered and installed sooner then expected.
I know that getting the pool table delivered and installed sooner was no easy task but a lot of the credit also has to be given to the installers Chip and Ed. They too were great from the first time I spoke with Chip on the phone to the minute I shook his hand to say thank you for doing such a great job. We are thrilled with our Winston pool table and poker table/chairs. Although it took some work to match the delivery with our incredible schedules, everyone at Pool Tables USA pitched in to get our table here in a reasonable time. When we thought we had purchased an accessory that didn't make it in the shipment and it turned out that we hadn't, this company gave us a lesser priced accessory in its place. It’s 5:30pm and Shane (the installer) just left. I'm sitting here looking at my new pool table (it's a honey colored MGM) and it looks great. The pool table was delivered to Shane and he brought it to my home and set it up. That in itself is amazing because Shane lives about 180 miles away. Shane did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing step by step so that all of my questions would be answered. He also threw in a wall rack free of charge because I was under the mis-impression that one was included with the table. (my mistake) Both Shane and his helper were courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were professional without being aloof.
This experience has been very impressive from the very beginning. I found the website about three hours before the free shipping deal expired and I don't believe in Credit Cards. I spoke with Jason on the phone and he was very helpful in locking in the deal for me and allowing me time to send a cashier’s check. Jason also kept me informed when the shipping policy was being changed and even though I was caught right in the middle of the change...the delivery and installation happened right on time.
Pool Tables USA...I don't know who the owner is...but as long as you have people like Shane and Jason working for you...you're in good hands.
And as long as you continue to sell a quality product, you shouldn't have any problem keeping these kind of people working for you.
Quality people won't work with a product that doesn't have quality built into it.

We ordered the Mondrian. The looks and quality of table are excellent. We just moved into our new home and everyone from workers to friends have commented on the quality and looks of this pool table.
Everyone I dealt with has provided outstanding customer service. I ordered my table from Anna but I have also dealt with Eddie and Aaron through the whole process. I dealt with Eddie and Aaron because I had a defected rail. They ordered another rail ASAP but Aaron went out of his way to make sure I had the extra felt and he made sure there was no charge to me for installing the new rail.

I ordered a Bellino Pool Table. I received it on Dec 14. Stacey searched and found a Mr. Will Swinford owner of The Billiard Expert. He came and installed my table on Jan 19. I have to say that he did one SUPERB job. He was so knowledgable about the product and how to install it correctly. It was a pleasure to deal with such an expert. I highly recommend that his services be used more often for installing the Bellino Pool Table. He said it was one of the finest tables for the price.

WOW, what else can I say. This table and the matching furniture FAR exceeded my expectations. This table is less of a game unit and more of a work of art. The felt quality and accessories are superb. The contstruction and attention to details is incredible. Let me not fail to mention the installation. For the first time in my life, an installer showed up to do work ON TIME. He said 10am and I think I answered my door at 9:58am. These guys put time and effort into the install as if they built the table themselves and were installing it in their own homes. I had been looking at tables for some time and was often quoted 3 to 4 grand more for tables that do not even match the sturdiness and quality of the table I received from Pool Tables USA; then you add the fact that I got matching furniture. Again, all I can say is WOW. Thank You very much.

I would like to begin by saying I was very nervous about making a very large purchase like this online. But after reading all the testimonials from the neverending list of satisfied customers I felt confident about doing so. AND IM GLAD I DID!!! Everyone is right. The pool table is absolutely gorgeous. Everything went smoothly. I was told they it would take 3-5 weeks for delivery but they lied. IT ONLY TOOK A WEEK AND A HALF to receive the table and get it installed. And the installer I had knew his stuff. Very professional. I am writing this letter to praise Eddie. He is a most outstanding Customer Service Representative. Upon receipt of my order I found that I had not received some additional accessories I had stressed to the salesman were very important to this purchase, because it was leaving the country and needed to be sent via container (over seas). The table arrived minus the accesories. I called and received a call back very quickly from "Eddie", he was so courteous and bent over backwards to remedy the situation. I expected this kind of attention from the salesman who took the order, but upon speaking to him he pushed me back to Eddie (thank GOD, cause he really knows what to do to keep your customers happy. Long story happyish ending... the continer left without it's fancy balls and cue sticks..... Eddie had them sent out to me over night. I was not able to include them in the container but I do feel that this young man went above and beyond his resources to assist my situation.
It has been my experience that good, hard working employees are few and far between.

Pool Tables USA is as advertised. I ordered my table on Dec 6th and was told 4 to 6 weeks. I asked Eddie if he could hurry the process. He told me he would do his best. My table arrived on Dec 30th and was installed on Dec 31st. And this is over the holidays too! Eddie made all the arrangements for me. He told me he would work hard for me and he was awesome. Jason is by far the most energenic sales person I have ever dealt with. His knack to make you feel at ease while making a purchase that you will have for quite some time is amazing. After the first time I spoke to him, I explained to him that I wanted to talk this over with my wife and I would get back to him. The next day when I called him to purchase our table, I told him that the only way I would order it was if he could guarantee a Christmas delivery. This was on December 7th and I knew the cut-off for Christmas delivery was sometime in November. With this in mind, he said he could do that for me. Of course your first comment would be, "how can he do that when your cutoff was three weeks ago?"
He told me, "dude, I have you covered! You will get your table when you want it. Here is my cell phone. Call me every day and I will give you an update. I guarantee your table will be there."
Well it was and it was even better than the lifestyle photos that they have online. Jason, if you ever move back east you have a job with my company working with the marketing department. Thanks for all your help!

I was very apprehensive about ordering a pool table over the internet. I voiced this concern to Thomas over the phone when I ordered. He assured me there would be no issues.
Well, 4 weeks later I can honestly say he was right! I was very pleased with the process from start to finish.
From ordering to shipping to installation, this process worked like a well oiled machine. All the parts arrived in good shape and my installer even put my pub table, stools and cue rack together for me!
My biggest setback was finding an installer that was within reasonable distance of my home. Stacey at PoolTablesUSA did a great job of locating and putting me in contact with my installer.
My Bellino pool table is looks really nice in my new gameroom. I was very impressed with the process, not to mention the price! I found the same pool table locally for $500 more than I paid for my table, cue rack and pub table and chairs.

I ordered the Bellino Collection. It was even more beautiful than we expected. It looks like high-end furniture.
I do I lot of Internet shopping and this was the best customer service I ever received. Aaron went out of his way to make sure I was HAPPY. Everyone who we dealt with from the purchase, intstallation to service was wonderful to work with. They did a great job. Very professional, there was a problem with the pool sticks four months later. I called and spoke with Aaron and got right on it. New pool sticks were sent that day... Aaron you ROCK!!!!

When my table first arrived, it didn't have everything the installers needed to complete the job BUT!!!!! Stacy and Anna stepped up and took care of business - quick, fast and in a hurry. I want to say THANK YOU to both of them as well as Gary at the production facility in Ohio. You guys ROCK....and so does my pool table.
If you are not sure about buying a pool table off these guys, scrape that thought and order! The installers that did the installation admitted that this table is twice as good as anything that they carry (they've been in business 15 years)!

I was initially skeptical about ordering a pool table via the internet, thinking customer service would be a nightmare. However, after my first phone call (I dealt with Aana), I knew this company was professional with a capital P. As it turned out, I was the problem in the customer relationship -- I changed my order and pool table color several times, but Aana never became impatient. She was great and extremely user friendly throughout the entire transaction. I look forward to getting my pool table soon, and I'm sure that I will post another "rave customer review" in the near future, if their delivery and installation is anything near what their customer service has been thus far!!

I have yet to even recieve my order and i'm already amazed at how well i have been taken care of to this point by PooltablesUSA. I had been researching pool tables for quite some time and have looked at most pool table web sites I could find. I always seem to come back to Pool Tables USA. In early May 2004 I finally had decided to contact Pool Tables USA to see why there product was so much better/different from other products on the market. I was especially concerned with what made their table different from the other name tables. I spoke to the sales manager Jason and he was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions and provided explanations in great detail of why Pool Tables USA offered a better product. Within two weeks I had decided to buy the Bellino collection. The table arrived in a huge crate on board an 18-wheel truck. The delivery team was excellent as the truck could not make the turn into my neighborhood, so they put the crate on some dollie and wheeled it down the street to my house. On July 30, 2004 the installer arrived and assembled the pool table. He then built it in meticulous detail, ensuring that every thing was perfect and to my satisfaction (I paid close attention). When completed he stayed around and played a few games (a former professional player) to ensure it was perfect. He also happens to be a dealer and commented that he could not have given me a better deal. All in all the pool table is excellent. Everything is exactly as advertised. Quality is top notch. Playability is great. Pool Tables USA sales team, and customer service are some of the very best in the business. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a pool table.

I purchased the Bellino Collection through Pool Tables USA. I received shipment for the complete set in 3 weeks. I opened the crate to pull out the Pub Table/Chairs and rack to find beautiful furniture. The workmanship and look of the furniture is excellent. I could not believe the quality. Within two days personnel from Presision Billiards arrived to assemble our Bellino Billiard Table. It plays wonderfully and looks exceptional. This set met and exceeded our expectations. We now have a beautiful entertainment room.

I bought the 8' Hard Rock in Desert Oak finish. It's a great table! The installers were very impressed with quality compared to the other tables they've seen purchased online. Only had one problem ... the slate had a defect or suffered hidden damage during shipment. When the installers picked up the first piece it broke right down the middle. I called PoolTables USA expecting them to ask me to pay for replacement slate and the shipping, but to my surprise they shipped a new slate set out the same day at absolutely no cost. You can't beat that for good customer service!

Ordered A 7 foot Monte Carlo on May 24th of 2004 and was given a June 14th estimated date of delivery to a very rural coastal town in WA state. About as far away from anywhere as you can get. I do I lot of internet shopping and this was the best customer service. I ever recieved. Sierra Souden went out of her to make sure an installer could fit me in before fathers day since it was gift. Bob Collins and his helper Matt were wonderful. They did a great job. Very professional, there was a problem with a chair. Bob called sierra she got right on it. I called and she remembered all my information, and had a update for me.

I quickly got a call from Thomas who said he could have the table delivered to me in Pennsylvania from California in less than 3 weeks for a party we were having at the home. Sure enough, the table arrived in 2 1/2 weeks and the installer (Bob Collins is his name...if you live around Philadelphia, ask for him..he is the best) set it up quickly and professionally. I do alot of web-based puchasing. When I told my friends (& family) I was buying a gameroom set online they all thought I was nuts to be spending that much money on something I couldn't see or touch.
I bought my Bellino Gameroom set and the fine staff at Pool Tables USA/Wholesale Billiards went out of their way to answer all my questions and to accommodate my every need. The folks at PT-USA took good care of me and made sure I got what I wanted.
When everything arrived I couldn't wait to see my new gameroom and began to open boxes to check things out. I was very impressed with the quality of the furniture, it was beautiful! As sometimes happens, an item was missing from my shipment. I called to report it and didn't get any runaround or hassle, in fact, the girl I spoke with remembered me by name and assured me the replacement would be shipped ASAP. I received a phone call within 2 hours telling me my item was on its way. How's that for customer service!?!
Lastly, the installation of my new gameroom was handled by a professional with over 25 years experience in the billiards industry. He and his assistant made sure the pool table and accessories were setup properly, as he said, "I build'em like it was my own." I liked that.
I am completely satisfied with my new gameroom and look forward to many years of fun with my friends and family!

Last year I had added a family room to my existing house and thought about purchasing a pool table. I just happened to come across the Pool Tables USA website. I couldn't believe the prices of the tables and thought it to good to be true. I picked out the table I liked and before I submitted the order I decided to call the 800 number just to see if this was for real. After speaking to a sales person from Pool Tables USA and them explaining that they are the largest whole sale pool table distributor in the country it made sense why they were able to sell these tables at a great price. I then sent in my request.
When my table arrived I was still skeptical to what I was going to find in the crate. When I opened the crate I couldn't believe my eyes. The wood, the carved feet everything was better then I could have imaged. I called the 800 number for a referral on an installer. Pool Tables USA was able to set me up with an installer but, since this was the week of the 4th of July I never expected the table to be setup before the holiday. Well, I was wrong. The installer came out to the house and set the table up and before I new it, I was shooting pool. Even my wife that wasn't too happy that I ordered the pool table was impressed. This may sound corny or like a lame infomercial but, it the Gods honest truth.

Unlike other customers, I actually did not speak with anyone at the company. Everything was completed over the internet, the pool table arrived beautifully crated and was stored in our garage by the deliverman. We called the local installer and he responded the same day and can to the house within 2 days with a helper. The table is by far the best quality table money can buy and I expaect I saved about $7,500 over an equivelant table in the retail maketplace if one could find similar quality. . We have since ordered additional racks and a stick and a 1000% staisfied with the company and its product.

I called this company and asked Jason if he could have a new pool table delivered and installed in time for a party in two weeks. Jason assured me that he could get it done. Well, he was a man of his word. The pool table came delivered, the installer came the following day and everyone had a new toy to enjoy at the party. Jason answered all my questions and was extremely patient with me.
I would also like to add that the pool table itself is of the finest quality that I have seen. It is both sturdy and extremely well balanced. Kudos to Mr. Evian Johnson and his helper for putting it together with meticulous care. He wasn't leaving until the ball rolled true down the middle of the table.
If you are considering buying a pool table, look no further. You will not get better than the professional staff and installers that this company has.

Oh my gosh!! On the 13th of January, 2004, I called Wholesale Billiards and spoke with Jason. Yeah, I knew I wanted a pool table, but didn't know what to look for beyond price. Jason took the time to explain the difference between your quality tables and bargain tables(which really aren't a bargain). He guided me, very patiently I might add, through my inability to decide on which table to choose, felt color, etc. I finally settled on the Walnut Winston 8' x 4' table with the tan felt. It was delivered within two weeks time. The shipping company would not deliver the table into my garage because the hand truck would not go over snow. A quick call to the toll free number connected me to Aana, who not only immediately calmed my nerves, but also spoke with the driver, had them take the table back to the warehouse, and made arrangements for my installer to both pick-up my table and install it. All within a week. I, too, was hesitant to, not just place such a large order over the internet, but to purchase this sight unseen, and have to rely on a picture on a computer monitor. My table is absolutely gorgeous!!! Just as depicted. My installer, Bob McKiddy and his Uncle Pete, installed my table within 3 hours, and commented on what a wonderful purchase I'd made. "A top of the line table!" "It is a beautiful piece of furniture." "Just exquisite!!" I went to a billiard supply store on the day the table was to be delivered. In talking with the saleperson, I informed him I was purchasing a table via the internet. He asked was I locked into the deal because some people had "issues" with tables purchased over the net. I told him yes, but got kinda worried. I shouldn't have. While I was there, a call came in from a person who had ordered a table from that store in December, and was questioning why their table had yet to be delivered. The receptionist could not even find the order while I was there! My decision to do business with Wholesale Billiards was aided by the customer comments posted on their website. I hope my comments help to alleviate someone elses doubt and hesitation.

I was very skeptical about making a large purchase like this online (this was the 3rd biggest purchase I've ever made with house and car being 1 and 2). This fear quickly faded after calling the company and talking to a rep. When I made the purchase, the confirmation sheet said to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. My pool table was in my garage in 8 days! The table looks better in my room than it did on the picture, and the extras are amazing. I didn't have to purchase a single accessory from a local dealer. The installer had 15 years experience and set the table up in less than 2 hours. I can't say enough good things about this company. The only problem is that I'm starting to sound like a broken record when I talk to my friends and family because every conversation for the last week has turned into me praising this company.

Just want to thank you guys for a great overall experience. It has been a dream of mine to build my own "pool room" and last summer we moved to a new state and finally moved into a bigger house (w/rec room)! I have done ALOT of research on pool tables and found that your's truly do have the best of the best in features. I did some shopping here locally, and also found your prices were far better than even the local closeout sales. and I have NEVER spent this much money over the phone before, but your sales dept not only put me at ease, but also my wife (who's a tough cookie). It took just over two weeks to arrive, and *wow* what a tough crate it comes in! Not a bit of damage over the 2000 mile trip.I couldn't bear to discard the crate after the table was setup, so I used it to make all of the shelves and worktable in my new workshop! The recommended installer was top notch, and although I didn't know them at the time, I have since found they are the most respected pool table experts in the region. They gave alot of great advice, and the install only took about 3 hrs. Just want to say again how happy I am with the pool table, and would recommend your business without reservation (and have already!).

These guys were fantastic! I had placed an order through another company, but after 4 weeks it hadn't even shipped. I cancelled that order and placed an order here. I was able to talk to Ryan, who kept me informed on the status of my table, and expedited processing and shipping. I got my pool table in a little under 2 weeks! Let me start by saying I am not a big fan of buying anything on line without being able to see it first hand let alone a pool table, but once I spoke to the sales staff at Wholesale Billiards they put all my concerns to rest. They helped me pick out the perfect table for my room, from the size of the table that would fit right down to the color felt that would look best with the color table I purchased. They also gave me a number to a great installation crew right in my area, which i was suprised with since I live clear across the country.

"My name is Dan Bremseth. I'm 24 and live at my home in a little town in central MN which is literally half way across the United States from Costa Mesa, CA, where wholesale billiards is located. I decided to purchase a pool table so I could practice up in my basement, as well as to entertain guests. I had looked around a little on the web, and had also shopped around at some of the retail stores in MN. I found that it is nothing to drop $4-5000 on a decent well built pool table. You can imagine my surprise (as well as skepticism) when I found their website (wholesalebilliards.com) and saw they were "giving away" solid wood pool tables w/1' slate, 100% leather pockets, custom felt colors (and, with mine, an accessory package to boot valued alone at $400). Needless to say, I found it simply too good to be true. So I called and was fortunate enough to get the Pres. himself.
Five minutes later I owned the 4' x 8' Cherry Flamingo pool table (what a salesman, right.) with the pockets upgraded to the nicest they had, and trimmed off with tan felt (Jim's personal suggestion that it would look better than "the standard green.")

As soon as I got off the phone with him I had to tell my folks, first to brag to my dad (he has a 4 x 8 Minnesota Fats table, nice yes, but reduced to something you'd see at the local pub when compared to what I had just ordered,) and second to get their response. My dad just kept asking questions... "It can't be made of solid cherry, have 1' slate, 100% leather pockets w/velvet-like ropes hanging from them, custom felt, an accessory package valued at $400 witch included (among other things J) 4 cues [18,19,20,21oz], custom matched cherry 9 ball rack, 8 ball rack, table brush, table cover, chalk, a bridge, a wall mounted cue rack, and a set of professional balls. It simply can't be. The company doesn't even probably exist." All my mom said was (sigh,) "Sounds to me like you got took. If you wanted to throw away over $2000, you could have at least thrown it our way!"
Well, then I got all nervous, and called Jim back right away with questions they asked me that I didn't have answers too. First of all, if it's that nice, how can it be that cheap? How do they ship it? What if it comes and it's broken, or something's busted or not right? He calmly said, "It's that nice Dan, because we are the manufacture. They ship it in two skids (mine anyway) slate in one, pool table crated in the other (also see "About Us" at the bottom of their web site for more info and pics....I didn't know that was there) in a crate made of solid 2 x 4's, and 1 x 4's and 6's. As for if something's busted we'll take care of you. Well, my table went half way across the country and got to me in flawless condition. If you haven't gotten bored and stopped reading by now, I also wanted to thank their wonderful staff. I only had the privilege to talk to two people. Jim, the Pres---who is as professional as he is friendly and down-to-earth. And Jenny--who quite possibly may be the sweetest woman west of the Mississippi River. She was the go-to-girl to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible, answered any questions I may have had, helped me find a professional installer to assemble the table, and chatted with me about how even though it was 4 degree's here in MN, she was cold in Cali with 70 degree weather. I thank them all for their help, and for you for putting up with the length of my comments. The only true way for you to know how beautiful their pool tables are, is to do what I did and buy one yourself from the folks at Wholesale billiards.
More to come after I have it installed in three days and get to play my first game. I would feel honored to be a contact person for them to help other people decide if they want to purchase a table from Wholesale Billiards."

Well, not only does it look absolutely beautiful (thank you for the suggestion Jim on the camel colored felt-it looks beautiful w/the cherry wood,) but it plays wonderfully. The installer that I was fortunate enough to find in MN (whose name I will remit 'cause I don't know if he wants it know; email me if you are thinking about purchasing a table in central MN) owns his own billiards club and installs tables for a living (as well as being an extremely good amateur himself,) said it plays great. The felt plays fast, and the rails are quite quiet, I believe is how he put it. All I know is that it basically plays as beautifully as it looks.
Here's hoping that my comments will help you decide weather or not you'll be buying your next table from Wholesale Billiards.....(I would if I were you!)"

Every so often a person's expectations are exceeded.
I was one of the biggest sceptics, esp. when it came to purchasing a pool table over the internet. Thanks to the great service from Naomi and Anna I was reassured that I would be completely satisified. From the point of order to delivery to installation, every aspect was handled with professionalism and was effortless on my part.
I asked the installer how the quality of the table was and he said "top notch" and estimated a price of double what I paid for it...needless to say he was shocked when I told him the actual $.
After this experience I have already given the "stamp of approval" to my brother who will soon be a customer as well.

I knew I wanted a pool table, I have wanted one all my life and have never had a house big enough to hold one. When I finally got that house I went on a search for the perfect table. I did not want anything overly expensive, I was looking in the 2,000 range. I wanted ball and claw legs with an attractive cabinet but not too fancy. To find this table I went to 8 different pool table outlets in Atlanta. Needless to say I was devastated, all the tables that had the qualities I wanted were between 4K and 6K. My girlfriend suggested I look online and buy direct from a manufacturer. She is a purchasing agent and is well versed in this type of deal. So I looked on the web and found Wholesale Billiards. Buying a pool table sight unseen is largely a leap of faith. There are many concerns. Is the table made from quality materials? Are the bumpers really K66 size and are they made from 100% gum? Will the slate be oversized? These concerns are for the table, there are also concerns as to the shipping. I can honestly tell you there is not one aspect of this whole transaction that was not truly pleasurable. I personaly dealt with Jim, Naomi and Aana, all of which were on top of the ball (no pun intended.)and laid my concerns to waste. I was constantly kept up to date on the progress of my table, which was a valid concern as I was having a rather large get together and the pool table was the main attraction. All the way down to the trucking company everyone kept in touch, the trucking company called me every hour of the day it was being delivered to let me know when it would arrive. When the table came there was not a scratch on it, it was beautiful. The installer came, put the table together and continually let me know during the installation what a deal I had got. He worked for a local pool table manufacturer and told me I could not touch a table like this unless I wanted to let loose with another 2 grand. Needles to say the table is of excellent quality. The cool thing is, the installer called me the next day during the party to make sure everything was alright with the table. That's service. I could not speak anymore highly of this experience. If anyone is even slightly considering buying a table this is definitely the place to buy one from! Thanks to all at Wholesale Billiards!

I just finished building my dream house, which included a professional bar and billiard room. These last few months I've researched billiard tables with one major concern - could I find a billiard table consistent in quality to my solid cherry bar and cabinets - oh yea, and afford it after the construction overruns that accompany building a new home. I've purchased a few items electronically, but never anything as substantial, size or price, as a billiard table. Well, after viewing Wholesale Billiards website, I was more than ready to find out if I could.
Aana was very informative. She described the hidden quality aspects such as cabinet construction, slate, pockets, etc. Then she described the visual quality aspects, just as important for my application. We talked a few minutes, and with her expert help we (I say we because I felt as if she had just as much concern for how everything would fit as I did.) selected a Bellino with burgundy felt and upgraded pockets.
Naomi was very efficient. She set up the delivery and installation. I was eager, bordering on obsessive, anticipating the arrival of my billiard table. Nonetheless, Neomi answered all my questions professionally and patiently. The delivery and setup was a breeze. The local installer was precise and informative. He noted the cabinet construction was much better than what is typical for the price range. He also mentioned that the detailed engraving on the legs was also much better than what is typical for this price range.
Bottom line, the table's play and appearance significantly exceeds its cost. Anna's recommendations for the style, pocket, and felt selections were right on target! Noemi's help in setting everything up was fast, efficient, and most of all friendly. I just wish that they sold furniture. It's no wonder that I purchased my billiard table first.

My name is Mike Yoder and I live in west-central Ohio. I have been looking to purchase a pool table for several years and have looked at many different types. I found your company on the Internet and like others was sceptical, first because buying items on the Internet can be intimidating and also because you can\'t see exactly what you are getting. After reviewing the info on the net I decided to call. I spoke with Jim Bellino and then I bought the Flamingo table. He sent me over to Neoma who told me the table would arrive in 10 to 14 business days. To my surprise, it was delivered to my home exactly as was promised. I then called to ask who I should get to install my table. Again, Neoma made some calls and hooked me up with an installer. Not only did he show up on time, but he was a true professional.

Aana you are the best! So knowledgeable about your products and fitted us with the perfect table. Our installer asked where we got such a beautiful table, then asked how much we paid for it, then asked if we stole it. He said our table was worth more than twice what we paid for it. Oh and by the way, no scratch and irregular models, our table arrived blemish free and perfect. No need to hassle with pushy sales people just call Aana and your problems are solved.
