General Shipping, Delivery and Installation Information

At Bars and Stools USA, we take great pride in our customer service, and it all starts with our industry-leading shipping and delivery process. Most Bar Stools are shipped within 48 hours. Usually, you can count on receiving your home bar or stools within 3 to 6 weeks. Bars and Stools USA will deliver your bar or stools in one of two ways. In most cases, your bar will be DROP SHIPPED directly to you by our national partner, North American Van Lines. Drop shipping offers the convenience of a personal tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your order online, 24 hours a day. You will receive an e-mail when your order has shipped. Please be on the lookout for the e-mail. If you have restrictive anti-spam settings on your mail program, add this e-mail address, orders@pooltablesusa.com, to your approved contact list so these important communications get through.

When your bar arrives at the shipping terminal closest to your home, our partner trucking company will place a call to you in order to schedule a convenient delivery time. When your bar arrives at your home, two men will deliver your boxed bar to your garage. Please note that depending on the model and size of your bar and bar furniture, your order may include numerous boxes that consume lots of space. Be sure that an appropriate space is cleared in your garage to accommodate your bar delivery. If your home does not have a garage or covered storage area, please notify us ASAP as there may be an additional charge. The delivery specialists will not bring the bar into the house. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION SERVICES DO NOT INCLUDE REMOVAL OR DISPOSAL OF THE PACKAGING.

If you have requested bar and furniture installation, you will receive an email with your local installer's name and phone number. Simply call him once your home bar furniture has been delivered and set up a mutually convenient installation appointment.

In some locations Bars and Stools USA provides same day service. Rather than drop-shipping your Bar and Bar Furniture, Bars and Stools USA will ship your Home Bar to our installers and the installer will deliver and install (if you have purchased furniture installation) your furniture on the same day. If we can provide this service to you, you will be contacted by the installer or Bars and Stools USA customer service to schedule your delivery or delivery and installation.

Some Important Notes: If your order is drop shipped, a full-sized 18-wheeled semi truck must have direct access to your home. If this is a problem, or if you do not have a garage where the delivery team can store your order, be sure to let our customer service team know in advance so we can make special arrangements.
