Howard Miller Wine Furniture 2 Year Warranty

As and authorized Howard Miller online dealer, your Howard Miller 2 year Warranty will be upheld through the manufacturer. Please contact your local authorized Howard Miller Service Center.

This product has been manufactured using only the very finest materials and has been thoroughly tested prior to leaving our manufacturing facility.

Howard Miller warrants to the original consumer/purchaser or recipient that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two years from date of purchase. Howard Miller's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing the product with new or renewed components or, at its option, replacing it with a new or renewed product. This warranty does not include damage to product or components resulting from abuse, accident, alteration, climatic/ environmental conditions, damage beyond normal use, freight damage, mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repair.

HOWARD MILLER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLED WARRANTY. IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE IN EFFECT FOR THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE AND THEREAFTER, THERE SHALL BE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE), ON THIS PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or the limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Bar Furniture Warranty

The manufacturer warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year. Without charge to the consumer, repair or replace any product or component or part thereof that is defective or becomes defective during normal use within one year after the date of purchase. At its option, the manufacturer may replace the product. The manufacturer does not warrant its products against damage caused by third parties.

This warranty does not cover paint scratches, cosmetic blemishes or other normal wear and tear.

EXCLUSIONS: Bars and Stools USA’s responsibilities under this warranty shall not extend to any of the following:

· Subsequent purchasers: This warranty extends to the original purchaser only.

· Repairs or replacements required as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural calamity, abnormal usage conditions, accidental damage, or improper installation by someone other than Bars and Stools USA or its authorized dealer.

· Incidental costs or damages arising out of any alleged defective component or from its repair or replacement.

THIS WARRANTY is the entire understanding between you and Bars and Stools USA of the Warranty Coverage for your furniture. Bars and Stools USA makes no other warranties, express or implied, other than those set forth in this document; nor does it authorize any person or entity to assume any other obligation or liability in connection with your furniture. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. In addition, you may have other legal rights that may vary from state to state.
